Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All ceramics are shipped from Decatur, GA once a week, usually on Fridays. Pieces will be shipped via priority USPS, and tracking information will be provided.

TRACKING
You will receive an additional email with the tracking information once your package has been shipped.

DAMAGED GOODS
All pieces are very well packaged and wrapped however in the event of damage in transit, please contact me within 3 days upon receiving so we can resolve the issue. 

RETURNS
I understand that sometimes we change our mind about things. If you decide that your chosen ceramic piece is not right for you, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt to initiate a return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return of the merchandise in a resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued if the ceramics arrive damaged, so please take extra care when re-packaging the piece for return. A 20% re-stocking fee will be collected. A refund will be issued when we receive the item.

PRIVACY
The information you provide will never be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

COMMISSIONS
I will gladly create a custom piece for you. I have a wide variety of colors and textured glazes to fit in with your taste. Please message me directly, so we can discuss the details. Please remember custom commissions are non-refundable.
